Suzette Stevens, An instructor in the Aquatic Vascular Plants course developed a database of images of the plants that students needed to study. This project was not migrated to new hardware in 2010.

Rehana Vaidya, an student in the Coastal Ecology course developed a database of images of the plants that students needed to study. This project was not migrated to new hardware in 2010.

Bill Donnelly, Christina Baker, and Sandra Nunnes worked with Betsy Dumont to build a database of resources for mammalogy students.

Protein Database

Yue "Jeff" Xu, a graduate student in Biology, has developed a searchable interface for PBD files, which can be used to generate 3-dimensional images of molecules that can be rotated and viewed from any angle. This interface references a subset of molecules that are useful for illustrating particular kinds of structures. This project was not migrated to new hardware in 2010.
